With more than 18 years of insurance experience, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge to customize your commercial insurance programs and provide risk management consultation. He has a particular niche focus on educational institutions, not-for-profits, health centers, and manufacturing organizations.

Shawn began his insurance career in 2002 as a risk management/loss control representative for Insurance Services Office.  He then went on to hold underwriting and marketing positions for two leading insurers, Travelers and The Hartford.  It was through these two tenures that a relationship was built with Austin & Co., Inc. leading to him joining the firm in 2011.
