Our Senior Claims Specialist, Katrina Papa, is dedicated to assisting clients through their loss. She holds a New York State Adjuster’s license and has worked extensively with insurance claim department personnel. Her duties include everything from assisting claimants and policy holders with taking an initial report to working as your advocate with the insurance carrier.
